Homeland Security Overview

Toyon’s Homeland Security team specializes in evaluating methods for protecting facilities from chemical, biological, and radiological threats.

Team strengths include:

  • Contaminant and transport tracer testing
  • Multizone modeling
  • Test and evaluation of operational equipment
  • Software development

The Homeland Security group is divided into two teams:

CCCTV video security surveillance camera placed outdoors

SOFTWARE INTEGRATION TEAM

The Software Integration Team develops and integrates decision aid software specifically designed for emergency operations centers and incident responders.

SYSTEMS ENGINEERING TEAM

The Systems Engineering Team analyzes systems composed of detection and protection technologies for defending facilities from chemical, biological, and radiological threats
